Projects
What is on the desk, newest first.
- TaskForgeOrchestrator that turns a request into a task graph, isolates each task in its own Git worktree and runs them in parallel waves, with human review and merge at the end. The planner is read-only, and no agent can publish on its own.
- StechClubEducation platform delivered end to end: public area, company SSO, learning tracks, video served through signed S3 links, an application quiz and an admin panel. Used today by 15+ mentees.
- Conn-PodA library that splits AI work across different models: one executes, another verifies. Each role has declared read and write scope, bounded retries and an evidence receipt tied to the version. Every task runs in its own Git worktree, under a sandbox.
- JarbasAssistant over a Markdown vault whose core is an action gate: every agent write passes through a gate that validates the plan before touching a file. Fail-closed by default, with an append-only journal and a regression certificate per run.
- Portfolio v2This site. A redesign in a monorepo with its own identity, a Go content api, internationalization and verifiable quality gates — including a black-and-white composition test that failed the first version of the interface.
- Portfolio APIThis site's public api: a Go binary with SQLite on a free VPS, behind Caddy with automatic TLS. Content lives in git and is re-imported on every start; a release tests the bundle on a scratch database and rolls back on its own if the new version does not come up. It replaced a Next.js api on Postgres without changing any of the 51 compared responses, and used 14 MB of memory on its first release.
- Portfolio v1First version in Angular, audited and frozen in production in August 2026 with the hero closed around three counted indicators. Still serving the domain until v2 ships.
- RunnerDesktop tool to start and watch the local environment of several projects at once, with declarative configuration, credentials in the Keychain and a supervised process tree.
- ZoologicZoo management across two repositories: a PHP 8 API with SOLID and real PHPUnit coverage, and a Next.js frontend. Written as an architecture exercise and revived in 2026 to become a published piece.
- PortalAZPortal to run AI-assisted WhatsApp support: file upload, catalog, conversations, a test sandbox, prompt versioning with rollback and n8n automation running on EC2.
- ProntoUrgent-services marketplace in two phases: an MVP with NestJS, Next.js and Expo over PostGIS and queues, then an architectural evolution in Go with Kafka, an offline-first technician app and distributed observability.
- OmegaHubGaming platform in a TypeScript monorepo: Next.js on the frontend, NestJS over Fastify on the API, tRPC between them, BullMQ queues, two payment providers and persistence split across PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
- BrechoappSecond-hand P2P mobile marketplace with data-protection rules from day zero: PII masking, PIX and card payments, queues to keep stock in sync and a Go backend.
- Barbershop AppDiscovery and booking PWA for barbershops, with a map, geolocation, a real-time schedule, three user roles and a database constraint preventing concurrent bookings in the same slot.
- Pasta la VistaDelivery app with Clean Architecture and polyglot persistence — PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis — an Expo mobile client, an Express API and Stripe payments.
- Jornada 5DReact Native template with multi-environment Firebase: local emulators, product flavors separating development from production and Clean Architecture as the starting point.
- PokédexMobile PokéAPI browser in Expo, with local SQLite persistence and Reanimated animations. Academic delivery for the multiplatform development course.
- Repository ExplorerSenior Angular practical test delivered in July 2026: GitHub API search with signals, loading and error states handled and continuous integration green in the repository.
- BuscaJogos+Team capstone project: a digital-game price comparator with wishlist and sale alerts, split into database, a Go API and a responsive frontend. Graded 9.0 in the second half of 2022.
- KitBuilder / S.A.G.A.Electronic-parts inventory control in Python with a layered architecture, repositories, Alembic migrations, spreadsheet import and a test suite. Graduation delivery at FATEC Mauá.
- YoutCatcherDesktop YouTube downloader with strict MVC, persistent history, structured logging, test coverage above 80% and packaging for more than one operating system.
- Sudoku SolverComputer-vision pipeline that solves a Sudoku from a photo: preprocessing and grid detection in C++ with OpenCV, digit recognition, a solver in plain C and the answer overlaid on the image.
- Instagram AnalyzerDesktop application that processes Instagram's JSON export and shows who does not follow back, with indicators and real-time search. Runs offline, touching none of the platform's APIs.
- Financial CalculatorDesktop income-splitting tool with a dashboard, scenario comparison and history, written in CustomTkinter over NumPy and Matplotlib with MVC separation.
- FinanceOSPersonal finance monorepo in Turborepo, with Prisma, Redis and per-workspace stores. An architecture study, broader in code than in delivered scope.
- Pokémon in JavaFXJavaFX desktop application with Maven and MVC separation — an architecture exercise in Java, written when the language was still new ground.
- Aquila & EvelynDigital wedding invitation as a responsive static site with no build step, published on GitHub Pages as a sanitized version — the original, carrying the couple's data, stayed in an archive branch.
- A Letter for DanielaNarrative experience in Next.js with GSAP animation and accessibility taken seriously — visible focus, reduced motion respected. The public edition is sanitized; the original stayed in a historical branch.
- Schedule I — LocalMultiplayerMaintenance fork of a local multiplayer mod: compatibility fix for the game's 0.4.6f13 build and per-instance input isolation, so keyboard and gamepad stop fighting over the same input.
- Vault Telegram BotChat interface for a Markdown vault: free-form queries, agenda and open items resolved against an authenticated pod, with no local vector index. Paused.
- MITRA CRMWhite-label desktop CRM for small and medium businesses, in Python with tkinter, SQLite and MVC separation: customer management, configurable sales funnels, marketing automation, reports and a metrics dashboard.
- Augury Guide for D&D 5eInteractive guide to the Augury spell in D&D 5th edition: how to read each of the spell's answers, strategies per game scenario and tips for game masters and players, as a static site published on GitHub Pages.

- AsuraPadelPadel management system where I was the primary Angular web developer. The frontend uses standalone components, typed HTTP services and centralized interceptors for API integration.

- AtalaiaA 2D creature-collecting RPG in Godot for Windows and Linux, with LAN multiplayer for up to 16 players. Atalaia is the codename of a personal project in closed alpha.
- Mapping a collateral data pipelineLight maintenance and cataloguing of a collateral data pipeline I did not build: an inventory and diagrams of its PySpark, Kafka and Django code, so the projects I was building for the same client could connect to it. Client anonymised.
- Sekiro visual systemThe design system behind this site: layered tokens for the Sumi and Washi themes, shared components, microcopy kept out of components, and ten rules written to be measured, with an accessibility gate in CI.
